Tele-Benefits Center For employees that encounter a situation that requires specialized help with benefits related questions or issues, or an employee without internet access, New England Medical staffs and maintains a fully functional tele-benefits center call service. Each employee is issued a tele-benefits center card that includes the toll-free access number, their account manager's name. This means no time spent on hold, and a real person to help resolve employees' questions or problems. |
